(“ADI”) headquartered in Denver, CO. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1989, ADI is a traditional commercial door and hardware material supplier and proudly serves customers throughout the Colorado Front Range.
“We are thrilled to welcome ADI to the Cook & Boardman family. Their strong reputation in the industry and talented group of personnel will strengthen our position in the market and drive continued growth. We are looking forward to working with John and the rest of their team to achieve even greater success in the future,” said David Eisner, Chief Executive Officer of C&B.
“ADI was built by my father, Michael Cook, over the last 40 years by fostering great relationships and exceptional customer service without sacrificing the core values. I’m excited to continue my father’s legacy and collaborate with C&B as we continue to serve our customers, employees, and partners,” said John Cook, Branch Operations Manager of ADI.
The company will continue to operate under the name and customer contacts will remain unchanged as a result of the acquisition.
